Canceling or Change Orders
Orders can be canceled or changed without any fee up to 24 hours. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us during business hours at (800) 325-3639. We strive to get you your order in the delivery times noted on our product pages. Most drop ship and stocked orders are ready to ship within 24 hours. Orders after 24 hours would be subject to our Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy below. Get if Fast and Get it Now items cannot be changed or canceled due to the rapid processing and shipping.
Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders
Our guarantee is simple; purchases are refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and include original packaging materials and product literature. Customers are responsible for incurred return shipping fees and must be received within 30 days. Credit will be given in 3-5 business days from product return arrival. If the item is large or oversized; you can contact us to schedule return pick-up. You will be informed of incurred shipping fees via phone or email for approval of return before pickup is scheduled.
Custom ordered product (such as, but not limited to, Amisco, Lane Upholstery, Klaussner, Skyline, Palliser, Uwharrie Chair, Eastern Accents Beds and Matouk Linens) is not returnable due to the specific nature of the product. To process a return, just call us during business hours at (800) 325-3639.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue at no cost to you. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product and packaging thoroughly during delivery. If your new furniture is damaged during shipment, please record any packaging and/or product damage on the delivery receipt that will be provided by the delivery personnel. Contact us within 1 business day at 800-325-3639. In order to speed up your request, please take photos of the damage and all included tags/stickers prior to contacting us, as photographic evidence is required in the approval process. We will send replacement parts at no extra charge. If there is significant shipping damage to your new furniture, please refuse the damaged items with the carrier and contact us immediately so that we can get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) product that has been assembled, Clearance and Overstock Items, Unpackaged Linens, and Monogrammed Linens from Sferra and Matouk are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
Back Order Although we try our best to inform you before your order is placed, an item may be on backorder with the manufacturer. In the event your order is on back order, we are happy to cancel it for you at no charge. However, if the item has already shipped within the indicated delivery timeframe, it would be subject to the Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy.
