Is delivery really free?
Yes! At furniturecrate.com, there's no charge for delivery. We provide delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.

Where does furniturecrate.com deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada (See Details) that is road accessible.

Delivery is available to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee but the order must be placed by calling 1-800-325-3639 While we do not deliver internationally outside of Canada at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place.

We also offer weekend and late night delivery options for an additional fee. To select one of these special times, please call 1-800-325-3639 for pricing and availability. Please note, special delivery times and Hawaii and Alaska deliveries cannot be added to an order once it is placed.

Your Delivery Options: Standard Driveway: FREE!
Your new furniture will be delivered and unloaded for you to your curbside.

Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise furniture is ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days (some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers.) Transit time is approximately 1 week. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped from our facility or the factory.

Standard Front Door: $49
Your new furniture will be delivered and brought to your front door (or building entrance.)

Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise furniture is ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days (some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers.) Transit time is approximately 1 week. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped from our facility or the factory.

White Glove In-Home: $99
Your new furniture will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your room of choice (Includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly! Up to 1 flight of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.

Delivery timing: Approximately 2- 3 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise they're ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)


Canceling or Change Orders
Orders can be canceled or changed without any fee up to 24 hours. Just email us at sales@furniturecrate.com or call us during business hours at (800) 325-3639. We strive to get you your order in the delivery times noted on our product pages. Most drop ship and stocked orders are ready to ship within 24 hours. Orders after 24 hours would be subject to our Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy below. Get if Fast and Get it Now items cannot be changed or canceled due to the rapid processing and shipping.

Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders
Our guarantee is simple, purchases are refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and include original packaging materials and product literature. Customers are responsible for incurred round trip shipping fees + 17% restocking fee, and must be received within 30 days. Credit will be given in 3-5 business days from product return arrival. If the item is large or oversized; you can contact us to schedule return pick-up. You will be informed of incurred shipping fees via phone or email for approval of return before pickup is scheduled. Custom ordered product (Amisco, Wesley Allen, Sydney Klein Designs, Eastern Accents Beds and Matouk Linens) is subject to a 30% restocking fee when returned due to the specific nature of the product. To process a return, just email us at sales@furniturecrate.com or call us during business hours at (800) 325-3639.

Of course, if your new furniture is damaged in shipment, we will replace the damaged item or send out a certified repair technician right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call within 1 day so we can assist.

Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale RTA product that has been assembled, Clearance and Overstock Items, Unpackaged Linens, Unpackaged Mattresses and Monogrammed Linens from Sferra and Matouk are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.

Back Order Although we try our best to inform you before your order is placed, an item may be on backorder with the manufacturer. In the event your order is on back order, we are happy to cancel it for you at no charge. However, if the item has already shipped within the indicated delivery timeframe, it would be subject to the Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy.

Earn Referral Cash $$
With our customer referral program, simply tell friends and family about us. We'll send you a check for $50 for each new customer that provides your name or order number when placing their order for $499 or more. (Applies on new customer orders shipped to different addresses.)

Coupons and Special Offers
Our coupons and special offers cannot be combined with other coupons or offers. Bing cash-back promotions are voided when using any coupon codes.

Personal Protection Policy
Your personal protection is a priority at furniturecrate.com. Accordingly, your orders are processed with powerful encryption technology to achieve maximum information protection. Federal law limits your liability to $50 for fraudulent use of your credit card. furniturecrate.com will cover your liability up to $50 in the unlikely event your purchase transaction on our site results in fraudulent use of your card. Furthermore, furniturecrate.com will not sell or share your personal information to outside parties. Period. We are delighted you visited our store.
