Is delivery really free?
Yes! There's no charge for delivery. We provide delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada that is road accessible. (See Details)

Delivery is available to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee but the order must be placed by calling. While we do not deliver internationally outside of Canada at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place.

We also offer weekend and late night delivery options for an additional fee. To select one of these special times, please call us for pricing and availability. Please note, special delivery times and Hawaii and Alaska deliveries cannot be added to an order once it is placed.

Standard Front Door: $49
Your new furniture will be delivered and brought to your front door (or building entrance).

Furniture in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise furniture is ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days (some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers). Transit time is approximately 1 week. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped from our facility or the factory.

Most UPS orders ship to your front door, gated communities may be an exception.

White Glove Gold In-Home: $99
Your new furniture will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your room of choice. Includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly and up to 1 flight of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent. The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.

White Glove Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks in addition to the Standard Delivery timing noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse usually ships out in 48 hours; otherwise they're ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)

RTA (Ready to Assemble) furniture, bunk beds, loft beds, and bedroom groups require white glove platinum or platinum plus service.

White Glove Platinum applies to RTA (ready to assemble) furniture that is flat packed.

White Glove Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks in addition to the Standard Delivery timing noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse usually ships out in 48 hours; otherwise they're ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. White Glove Platinum Plus applies to all Bunk Beds, Loft Beds, and Bedroom Groups as they require extra time and assembly to ensure proper delivery.

Trans Globe Lighting was born from the hopes and dreams of the Haber and Ziv families in 1986. They started out as a tiny outfit out of North Hollywood, CA distributing globes and bath strips for the best prices in town. But their ambition was always to offer one of the largest and most complete collections of indoor and outdoor residential lighting in the world. So while you were walking like an Egyptian and fighting over Cabbage Patch dolls, they were hard at work combing the globe for the latest styles and bringing them back for you to enjoy.

Twenty years later, quite a bit has changed- but not everything. While they have moved into a larger facility, they are still owned and operated by the same old family. Over the years, maintaining the same ownership has ensured a more intimate relationship with their customers, and they feel this is what separates them from other major lighting manufacturers.

Today they offer everything from six-inch ceiling globes to 130 light crystal chandeliers, from ultra-contemporary pendants to very traditional tabletop accessories.
